Our Returns Policy
We offer store credit for eligible returns. We do not provide refunds for change of mind, so please ensure your selections are correct before completing your order.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for store credit, your item must:
- Be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Be unworn and in original condition
- Have all tags and hygiene seals attached
- Be returned with original packaging
- Items that do not meet these conditions may be returned to you.
Non-Returnable Items
- Final Sale items
- Male swim briefs (hygiene reasons)
- Items that show signs of wear, deodorant, perfume, staining or damage
Faulty Items
If your item arrives faulty, please contact us with your order number and clear photos. Once assessed, we will arrange a replacement or exchange.
Shipping Costs
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
